The Tower of London Remembers - Roll of Honour

Between 4th August and 11th November 2014 the Tower of London Remembers Project laid 888,246 ceramic poppies to commemorate each British miliatry fatality during the First World War. 

 

Thorughout the same timespan, each night at sundown names were read from the Roll of Honour amidst the poppies in the moat. 

 

We had all 100 of The Conisbrough and Denaby 100 Project's men's names read out in bulk from the Roll of Honour on Sunday, 9th November - Remembrance Day. We were in the moat to see this, and you can see the video below.
